D+D Studio LLC was founded with a straightforward belief: the best residential design happens when creativity and construction knowledge work together from day one.


We work with homeowners, builders, and developers across Virginia to produce thoughtful, buildable residential designs. Every project begins with listening—and ends with a drawing set your contractor can actually build from.


Our approach is direct and collaborative. We don’t produce drawings for awards—we produce drawings for build sites. If it can’t be built within your budget, we redesign until it can.
